Kidz Parties

Each party consists of 90 minutes of sensational activities including warm-ups, fun drills & games. You choose a football, soccer or cricket theme for the party activities.

Each sport is set up in its own unique production so the sports cannot be combined.

Water bottles are available throughout, and there's a half-time fruit break before a mini match.

The sports action is followed by a medallion presentation to the birthday child. Sports Rulz staff then serve a sausage sizzle, a healthy sports drink and more for all party participants (this will take around 15 minutes). Catering for additional adults and children is available for $6 per person. Please notify us of numbers when you book.

A minimum of 10 children is required for a party booking. Coach to children ratio is 1:20. We will organize an additional coach for every extra 10 children.

Rookie Party

For 5 to 7 year-olds

Perfect for the little tackers, the Rookie party gives 5 to 7 year olds a taste of superstar action at a level suitable for beginners.

Great for middle-sized kids, the Veteran party offer 8 – 14 year olds a bit more of a challenge and a chance to show off their skills

For 15 to 99 year-olds

Designed for the bigger kids, the Legend party gives kids aged 15 and up a chance to test their skills and show the crowd what they’re made of.

Logistics

Parties are in high demand so please allow 3-6 weeks to secure your party date. A $150 deposit is required to secure your date & time. Custom made Sports Rulz invitations will be prepared for you and emailed or posted to you when you make your booking.
You provide a suitable venue, or we can help you find an appropriate location to hold the party. In the case of inclement weather, it is possible to run the activities indoors if you have an appropriate space. Alternatively, your party can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Visit your local councils website for outdoor and indoor venue options.

Party-goers should wear comfortable sports attire & runners.

Kosher catering can be arranged for an additional fee.

Please inform us of any special dietary requirements when confirming party numbers.

Our catering is nuts, egg and dairy free. Gluten free and vegetarian can be catered.

Payment and cancellation fees

A $150 non-refundable administration fee will be charged at the time of booking — this secures your party date and time. The balance of payment is required on the day of the party (EFTPOS facilities are available). If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the party, the cancellation fee rises to the total amount quoted for the booking.
