Terms and Conditions

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to secure your booking date and time. Payments can made by all major credit cards, eft, cheque or money order.

Venue

Sports rulz takes no responsibility for venue chosen for party or event. It is up to the client to choose an appropriate venue.

Confirmation of Numbers

Sports rulz asks all customers to confirm final participant numbers within 3 days of the booking date.

Double Birthday Party Bookings

Sports rulz accept double birthday party bookings, however, an additional fee of $30 will be charged to cover medallions and gifts to the second birthday child.

Non-participating children

Sports rulz takes no responsibility for children not participating in the party or event. It is up to the host, parent or guardian to care for children attending the party or event but not participating in the activities.

Duty of Care

Sports Rulz have a duty of care to all participants during the activity period, however, once the event is officially finished, it is the responsibility of the host to ensure the safety and care of the participants.

Balance Payments

A balance invoice will be emailed prior to the booking date and the balance payment is required on commencement of the party or event. Payment can be made by any major credit card, via eft, cheque or money order.

Staff

All staff are required to have a working with children check.

Weather

In case of mildly inclement weather, sports rulz will still run the event. If you are uncomfortable with the possibility of bad weather, it is possible to run the activities indoors if you have an appropriate space. In the case of extreme weather conditions, your party can be rescheduled at no additional cost to you.

Damage or loss of equipment

Any unreasonable loss or damage of equipment will be assessed and charged at cost of replacement to the client.

Cancellation

A cancellation fee of $150 is applicable if your booking is cancelled within 14 days of the booking date. A cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the booking will apply if you cancel within 7 days of the booking date.

Public Liability

Sports Rulz is not liable or shares no responsibility for any persons injuries such as heart attack, broken bones and fits. Sports rulz has one senior first aider at every party or event to treat problems that occur. Public Liability Cover $10 million Professional Indemnity Cover $2 million

Privacy Policy

Sports Rulz does not share or use information given. Personal information such as address and phone numbers are only used for communication relating directly to a booking. Any credit card information is used strictly for payments authorised by the card holder and the information is retained for taxation purposes only.
